This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for DreamFast Apps software purchases. It applies once paid checkout is available. We want you to be satisfied with our software.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Submit your request through your receipt or order-confirmation email, or by contacting us at hello@dreamfast-themes.com. Purchases are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, and Paddle processes approved refunds.

What to include

To help us review your request quickly, please include:

• The email address used for the order
• The product name
• Your order or transaction reference
• The reason for your request

How refunds are handled

A full refund revokes the related software license, and you must stop using and remove the software. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your payment method, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Situations we review promptly

We aim to review promptly cases such as duplicate charges, accidental duplicate purchases, and situations where you are genuinely unable to use the product for a verified technical reason. We are always happy to help troubleshoot first, as many issues can be resolved quickly.

When a refund may be declined

We may decline requests that show signs of refund abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse, where permitted by law. Requesting a refund does not guarantee automatic approval; each request is reviewed on its facts.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us or Paddle first so we can help. Starting a chargeback before contacting support can delay resolving your issue.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
