Software License Terms
The license that applies to DreamFast Apps software.
This End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) applies to the DreamFast Apps Windows software. It works together with our Terms of Use, which include the full software license and purchase terms.
License grant
Subject to this EULA, our Terms of Use, and any license you obtain, DreamFast Themes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your personal use or internal business use. The software is licensed, not sold.
What you may not do
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the software or license keys; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where the law expressly permits; or bypass activation, licensing, or trial limitations.
Activation and devices
Some apps require activation. The number of devices covered by a license depends on the specific app and license, as shown on its product page. Where supported, you may move a license between your own devices.
Ownership
DreamFast Themes and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated.
Updates
We may provide updates or new versions at our discretion. Major new versions may be offered as separate purchases where stated.
Termination
This license ends if you breach its terms or our Terms of Use, or if a purchase is refunded or charged back. On termination, you must stop using and remove the software.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in our Terms of Use apply to the software.
For the full terms, please see our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
