Software License Terms

This End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) applies to the DreamFast Apps Windows software. It works together with our Terms of Use and the Microsoft Store terms, which apply to how the apps are distributed and sold.

License grant

Subject to this EULA, our Terms of Use, the Microsoft Store terms and any license you obtain, DreamFast Themes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your personal use or internal business use. The software is licensed, not sold.

Trial use

A currently available app is offered with a free trial through the Microsoft Store, with every feature available and no charge to start. When the trial expires, a purchase is required to keep using the app. You must not reset, extend, or otherwise circumvent trial limitations.

Getting and buying the app

The app is distributed and sold through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft handles installation, updates, checkout, billing and receipts. Pricing is shown on the Store listing.

What you may not do

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where the law expressly permits; or bypass trial limitations.

Ownership

DreamFast Themes and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated.

Updates

Updates are delivered through the Microsoft Store. We may provide updates or new versions at our discretion.

Termination

This license ends if you breach its terms or our Terms of Use. On termination, you must stop using and remove the software.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in our Terms of Use apply to the software.
