The terms that apply to our website and software.
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the DreamFast Apps website at dreamfastapps.com and the Windows software we provide. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
DreamFast Apps is a product line operated by DreamFast Themes (“DreamFast Themes”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@dreamfastapps.com.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing this website or installing or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the software.
3. Our products and services
We offer desktop software built for Windows, distributed through the Microsoft Store. Currently available apps offer a free trial through the Store; after the trial you can buy the app from the Store to keep using it. The apps, versions, and features we offer may change over time. Each app’s Microsoft Store listing states the system requirements that apply.
4. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, and you agree to use the website and software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5. Software license
Subject to these Terms, the Microsoft Store terms and any license you obtain, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your personal use or internal business use. The software is licensed, not sold. All ownership and intellectual property rights in the software remain with DreamFast Themes.
6. Trials
A currently available app is offered with a free trial through the Microsoft Store. When the trial period ends, a purchase is required to keep using the app. You must not attempt to reset, extend, or otherwise circumvent trial limitations.
7. Purchases and payments
Purchases are made through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft acts as the seller of record and handles checkout, payment processing, billing, applicable taxes and receipts under the Microsoft Store terms. Prices are shown on the Store listing.
8. Delivery and updates
Our software is delivered and updated through the Microsoft Store. After you install or buy, the app is available on your Windows device through your Microsoft account, and updates are delivered automatically by the Store.
9. Refunds
Refunds for Microsoft Store purchases are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
10. Prohibited activities
You must not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent the law expressly permits; copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the software without authorization; use the software to create or distribute malware or to infringe the rights of others; or bypass trial limitations.
11. Intellectual property
The website, the software, and the DreamFast Apps and DreamFast Themes names, logos, and content are owned by DreamFast Themes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
12. Third-party services
Distribution, sale and delivery of our apps rely on the Microsoft Store, and our website relies on web hosting and other providers. Your use of the Microsoft Store is also subject to Microsoft’s own terms and policies.
13. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website, an app, or a feature at any time. We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or will meet your specific requirements. This does not exclude any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamFast Themes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the website or software. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the website and software. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reasonably compensate us for losses that arise directly from your misuse of the website or software or your breach of these Terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the software. On termination, you must stop using and remove the affected software.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
19. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you and that cannot be waived.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with the “Last updated” date below. If you continue to use the website or software after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms.
