These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the DreamFast Apps website at dreamfastapps.com and the downloadable Windows software we provide. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

DreamFast Apps is a product line operated by DreamFast Themes (“DreamFast Themes”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@dreamfast-themes.com.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing this website or installing or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the software.

3. Our products and services

We offer downloadable desktop software built for Windows. Some apps may provide a free or trial mode with limited features alongside a paid license. The apps, versions, and features we offer may change over time. Each product page states the system requirements that apply to that app.

4. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, and you agree to use the website and software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Software license

Subject to these Terms and any license you obtain, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your personal use or internal business use. The software is licensed, not sold. All ownership and intellectual property rights in the software remain with DreamFast Themes. You may not transfer your license to another person unless we expressly allow it.

6. License activation and device limits

Some apps require activation. The number of devices covered by a license depends on the specific app and the license you obtain, as described on the relevant product page. Where supported, you may deactivate a license on one device and move it to another of your own devices. You must not attempt to bypass, tamper with, or circumvent licensing or activation.

7. Trial and free versions

Where offered, trial or free versions may have limited features and may expire after a set period. You must not attempt to reset, extend, or otherwise circumvent trial limitations.

8. Purchases and payments

When paid checkout is available, purchases are processed by Paddle acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown or calculated at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

9. Delivery

Our software is delivered digitally. After a successful payment, download instructions and any license details are provided to you (for example, by email and/or on an order confirmation).

10. Updates and upgrades

We may release bug fixes and updates from time to time. Major new versions may be offered as separate purchases where stated. We do not promise indefinite updates or ongoing feature development for any app.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy. A license that is refunded or charged back may be revoked.

12. Prohibited activities

You must not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent the law expressly permits; copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the software or license keys without authorization; use the software to create or distribute malware or to infringe the rights of others; or bypass activation, licensing, or trial limitations.

13. Intellectual property

The website, the software, and the DreamFast Apps and DreamFast Themes names, logos, and content are owned by DreamFast Themes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

14. Third-party services

Our website and checkout rely on third-party services (for example, payment processing by Paddle and web hosting). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website, an app, or a feature at any time. We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or will meet your specific requirements. This does not exclude any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamFast Themes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the website or software. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the website and software. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reasonably compensate us for losses that arise directly from your misuse of the website or software or your breach of these Terms.

19. Termination and license revocation

We may suspend or terminate your access or license if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the software, or if a purchase is refunded or charged back. On termination, you must stop using and remove the affected software.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

21. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you and that cannot be waived.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with the “Last updated” date below. If you continue to use the website or software after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms.
