Help topics

The short answers first. If yours is not here, email us — the details are at the bottom of this page.

Getting the app

DreamFast apps are on the Microsoft Store. Open the app’s product page and select “Get it on Microsoft Store” to install it on your Windows PC.

Starting the free trial

Install the app from the Microsoft Store and open it. The free trial runs for 7 days with every feature available, at no charge to start.

Buying the app

When you are ready, buy the app from its Microsoft Store listing. Pricing is shown there, and Microsoft handles the checkout and sends your receipt to your Microsoft account.

Using it on your devices

Apps you buy through the Microsoft Store are tied to your Microsoft account, so you can install them on your eligible Windows devices the same way as any other Store app.

Updates

Updates are delivered automatically through the Microsoft Store — you are always on the current version. You can also check for updates from the Microsoft Store app.

Troubleshooting

Tell us the app name and version, what you were doing, what you expected, and the exact wording of any error message, and we will help.

Refunds

Refunds for Microsoft Store purchases are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store refund policy — request one from your Microsoft account order history. The Refund Policy page explains where to go.

Contacting support

Email us and a person will read it. There is no ticket system to sign up for, and we never ask for passwords or payment-card details.

Microsoft Store

Installing from the Microsoft Store.

DreamFast apps are distributed through the Microsoft Store, so installing, updating, buying and refunds all work the same way as any other Store app — signed by Microsoft, checked for compatibility, and kept up to date automatically.

  1. Open the Store listing

From the app’s product page, select Get it on Microsoft Store. That opens the official Microsoft Store listing for the app.

  2. Install and start the free trial

Install the app from the Store. The free 7-day trial gives you every feature at no charge, so you can try it on your own files before deciding.

  3. Buy when you are ready

If the app earns its place, buy it from the same Store listing. Microsoft handles checkout and billing, sends your receipt to your Microsoft account, and delivers updates automatically.

Only install DreamFast apps from the Microsoft Store or the links on this website. We never ask you to disable Windows security features.

Email support

Email hello@dreamfastapps.com and we will get back to you. There is no support ticket system to sign up for — a normal email reaches us.

What to include

To help us answer on the first reply, please tell us:

  • Which DreamFast app you are using, and its version.
  • Whether you are on the free trial or have bought the app.
  • What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • The exact wording of any error message.

For billing, receipts or refunds on a Microsoft Store purchase, Microsoft handles those under the Microsoft Store terms — you can manage them from your Microsoft account. Please do not send us passwords or payment-card details; we never need them.
